I had to get up early. I mean like super super early. 05:00 in the morning is not my time I can tell you but I had to reach my flight back to Switzerland. I have done the check in already the day before so I just had to go to the Airport. At 11 o clock I finally arrived in the office directly to work.
This week is special because it’s my first recovery week **wuup wuup** It all Starts with Core Synergistics! It's like the little sister of Plyo X or Kenpo X. Not that extreme but still very intense. From the fun factor it is like Kenpo X. As soon as you start it it’s over. But you feel very good after it and just want to do it all over again! In London I couldn't follow the eating plan. I was feeling very tired from all this unhelthy food and was happy to eat the good stuff again.
