P90X Day 2


hello everyone

today i had a huge challenge.I am invited for lunch today and don't want to eat unhelathy thing already on day 2. I have musel ache from yesterdays training but not as hard as i thought it would be. but from hour to hour it get worser... the training today was hard! After 30 minutes i had to stop. For me it is very difficult because i am not that disciplined but now i have to learn it!!

this is what I eat today

breackfast

200g yoghurt
1/2 mango

lunch
Salade (with dressing)
200g Fish
120g Potato

dinner
200g chicken
100g mushroom
1 Peperoni
1 broccoli

todays training is Plyometrics.
