P90X Day 9


Hey Everyone

It's Plyometrics time again. Last time I did only half of the training (30 min) but after one week I did 50 minutes out of 60! This workout is a really tough. You have a lot of High-intensity interval training (HIIT) witch is very effective but also very exhausting. Another Problem was that I was invited for Dinner and I was not sure if I would be able to eat the correct things. I was very lucky that I could order Sushi, healthy with a lot of protein the only negative thing is more carbs because of the rice.

What I eat totay:


Morning:

Orange

Lunch:

Potato
Fennel
Cottage Chees

Dinner

Sushi

This is what I bought for the next few days a ton of healthy stuff :)
