P90X Day 4


the muscle ache is still there! because i had an appointment i didn't had a lot of time to exercise... but i have done the back ripper x. i found this very cool. you have a lot of different options. it was not that hard as the other training. 15 min then you are done is also very cool!


what i eat:

morning
bred

lunch
same as dinner yesterday

dinner
peperoni with chopped beef
