X is a jump an high intensity training.
Although I'm already in the third week of my trainings program I’m not able to make the bonus
round ... It is even worse…
What is Plyo X?
Tony describes it simply: It
is the X in P90X. It is extreme, intense and you will struggle. The warm-up is
killing you already. But after all you will jump through the roof so go to your
neighbor and apologize in advance for the noise.
The exercises are
usually 30 seconds some of them are
1 minute and you have to repeat all of
them. After a few times of warm
up my favorite exercise begins: you take a chair (preferably
a bar stool) and swings right and
left leg about it. For the next minute you just think right leg, left leg – so funny. After the first half the workout gets more
intense, this was the point I had to stop in the first week. Your
heart rate is very high and the sweat just flow! But keep always in mind: You
can do anything for 30 seconds!
I wish I could say, oh Sara let it be for today.
But my pride tells
me: There are only 20 minutes, as well as a 5
minute cool-down so just a
the quarter hour to
survive! Fighting despite
everything I have so far only
managed 50 of 60 minutes. But you know what? It was really funny.
Every week we have this challenge again.
